Now Accepting Leadership Applications for the 2026 Season

The Acreage Athletic League is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for two key leadership roles: Tackle Football President and Basketball President. These positions play a vital part in shaping the experience of hundreds of young athletes and families in our community.

As our programs continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated, values‑driven leaders who believe in building strong character, promoting sportsmanship, and creating a positive environment for every player—on and off the field.

About the Roles

Tackle Football President

The Tackle Football President oversees all aspects of the football program, including coach coordination, player development, scheduling, safety standards, and communication with families. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for youth sports, and the ability to lead with fairness, consistency, and integrity.

Basketball President

The Basketball President leads the league’s basketball program, ensuring smooth operations throughout the season. Responsibilities include managing coaches, organizing evaluations and team placements, coordinating practice and game schedules, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for players of all skill levels.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who demonstrate:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A commitment to youth development and community engagement

• The ability to collaborate with coaches, parents, and board members

• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities

• A positive, team‑first mindset

• Experience in youth sports (preferred but not required)
