Volunteers working with vulnerable populations

Volunteers who work with children, the elderly, or people with disabilities may need a Level 2 background check. This includes paid and volunteer coaches in youth sports. 

 

  1. You will need to provide fingerprints.
  2. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) will process your fingerprints.
  3. The FDLE will search state and national criminal databases for any disqualifying offenses.
